Clarification Text within the Scope of the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698

This "Clarification Text" is defined as the 'Clarification Obligation of the Data Controller' of the KVKK by ELD Bilisim Ticaret Sanayi A.S. It has been prepared in order to inform you about the collection methods, processing, use, transfer, and destruction of your personal data within the framework of Article 10 titled 'Rights of the Relevant Person' and Article 11 titled 'Rights of the Relevant Person'.

Collection Methods for Your Personal Data and Their Legal Reasons

While performing our activities as ELD, your personal data is collected through different channels in order to fully comply with company policies, legislation, and assumed obligations. Your personal data can be processed and transferred for the purposes specified in this clarification text, within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and stipulated regulations specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law.

Your personal data will be processed in a limited and measured way, in accordance with the law and the rules of honesty, in connection with the purposes of processing. It will also be processed for specific, explicit, and legitimate purposes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

In this way, we aim to process and secure your personal data in accordance with the principles of protection and privacy.

Processing of Your Personal Data

Depending on the services, products, or commercial activities offered by ELD Bilisim, your personal data may change. This data is collected by verbal, written, or electronic methods through our office departments, websites, social media platforms, mobile applications, events, fairs, promotional activities, and similar tools. Your general and special personal data may be processed for the purposes stated below:

ELD Bilisim may process your personal data for purposes such as the execution and development of product sales and after-sales services, product and service analysis, marketing activities, financial reporting and analysis, and legal follow-up. While processing your personal data, we aim to take necessary measures regarding data security and privacy by using technological and administrative measures and to make improvements with regular studies.

Our aim is to ensure the protection of your personal data and to care about your privacy while providing you with the best service. In this direction, we use technological support with available facilities and carry out periodic studies on data security.

Personal data by ELD Bilişim in accordance with KVKK;

In accordance with the law and the rule of honesty,
Accurately and up-to-date when necessary,

In connection with the purpose for which they are processed, limited and measured,
For the period stipulated in the relevant legislation or for the period required for the purpose for which they are processed,

Depending on these, particular attention is paid to processing.

Transfer of Your Personal Data

Your personal data is processed in accordance with the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law, in order to carry out our commercial activities in accordance with the legislation and company policies. For this purpose, it can be shared with our employees in our business units to ensure that they do the necessary work. At the same time, in accordance with the purpose of the service we provide, it may be shared with regulatory and supervisory institutions, our suppliers, our local business partners, and legally authorized public institutions. On the other hand, for the works received by tender, they can be shared with the relevant public institution or organization. In addition, in cases stipulated by the relevant legislation, it may be transferred domestically.

Your Rights Under the Law as a Data Owner

Pursuant to Article 11 of the Law, you have the following rights regarding your personal data,

Learning whether your personal data is processed,
If your personal data has been processed and you are requesting information about it,
To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with the purpose,
Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred at home or abroad,
Requesting correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and requesting notification of the transaction made within this scope to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data if the reasons for processing it no longer exist, even if it has been processed in accordance with the law and other relevant laws, and requesting that the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred be told about the transaction,
Objecting to the emergence of a result against the person himself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
To request compensation for the damage in case of loss due to unlawful processing of personal data.

As a personal data owner, it is important that your request is clear and understandable in your application to exercise your above-mentioned rights. If the matter you request is about you or if you are acting on behalf of someone else, you must be a special authority, and this authority must be documented. In addition, your application must include your identity and address information, and the documents proving your identity must be attached.

Your applications will be evaluated in writing or electronically within 30 days at the latest from the date they reach us, and you will be returned. In this process, necessary steps will be taken to protect your rights and fulfill the requirements in line with your requests.

ELD Bilisim takes all necessary technical and administrative security measures within the framework of information security standards and procedures to protect your personal data at the highest level. These security measures are provided at an appropriate level against possible risks, taking into account technological possibilities.
